• Provide decision support to the marketing and sales managers.
• Build robust relationships with key commercial stakeholders, based on trust & financial insight.
• Support commercial team in planning assumptions and provide key financial input.
• Enable business growth and profitability by recommending actions that could maximise revenue and profit.
• Ensure budget targets are delivered and provide mitigation options where necessary.
• Understand the value drivers of the business and provide KPI analysis.
• Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with senior management and their teams.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in finance business partnering.
• Hold higher education qualifications in finance and professional qualification (e.g.: CIMA, ACCA ).
• Understand of commercial decisions and their impact on financial performance and targets.
• Have proven experience in managing a small team.
• Adopt an active approach to business and have experience in designing and implementing solutions that add value to business operations.
• Enjoy analysing, drawing conclusions, and identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
• Are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for planning and presenting analysis results.
• With strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
• Adopt an active approach to business and have experience in designing and implementing solutions that add value to business operations.
• Value a good team atmosphere and the opportunity to share knowledge.
• Speak English fluently (advanced level).
